Conducts UAS inspection missions across offshore production facilities, capturing visual and sensor data for mechanical integrity, corrosion, engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. The role plans flights, evaluates weather and hazards, documents equipment conditions, maintains aircraft and records, manages inspection data, supports repeat inspections, and helps integrate UAS technology into asset integrity programs. Frequent offshore travel, safety compliance, FAA regulations, and collaboration with technical personnel are central responsibilities.

Leads Occidental’s annual SOX assessment across worldwide operations, coordinating with leadership, process owners, and external auditors. Performs risk assessments, control testing, documentation reviews, deficiency evaluations, process walkthroughs, and internal audit work. Develops recommendations, audit reports, and process improvements while monitoring management action plans. May participate in special investigations and fraud reviews.

Provides strategic HR partnership to leaders supporting 100–500 employees across geographically dispersed oil and gas operations. Advises on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment, engagement, and change initiatives. Uses HR data to identify trends and recommend actions, coaches leaders, collaborates with cross-functional partners, and supports field operations with travel up to 30%.
