The Accountant will manage daily accounting activities, ensure compliance with business ethics, process payments, reconcile vendor accounts, and prepare month-end reports, while supporting internal audits and managing vendor relationships.

Support and improve automated production data processing, surveillance, and reporting. Build and maintain dashboards and SQL/Spotfire analytics, troubleshoot data flows and system interfaces (eVin, ProCount, Carte, Nexus, SCADA), validate auto-populated values, reconcile production and downtime data, prepare FER and loss reports, and collaborate with field and operations teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Lead a team of compensation professionals to design and manage global compensation programs, own job architecture and benchmarking, oversee annual compensation cycles, ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance, partner with HR and business leaders, leverage Workday data, and provide strategic guidance and communications.
