Teams at Oxy

Lead and perform SOX compliance activities globally, including risk assessment, control documentation, testing, and remediation. Support assurance audits, process walkthroughs, testing, reporting, and follow-up; coordinate with external auditors and business owners. Maintain SOX documentation in SharePoint and assist on investigations and special audit projects.

Perform PLC and HMI programming, commissioning, validation and troubleshooting of automation control systems for oil and gas well pads and facilities. Work with Automation and Facilities Engineering to execute projects, resolve control network and instrumentation issues, maintain standards, provide training, and support operations including after-hours and weekend callouts.

Prepare manual journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, perform monthly cost allocations, support accounting close, partner with users to improve processes and systems, and maintain internal relationships.
