Supports administration and technical support for the Priority ERP platform, including user access, system configuration, workflows, integrations, background processes, warehouse settings, testing, updates, and hardware. Drive business growth for clinical trial logistics services across Israel by identifying opportunities, developing CRO, sponsor, hospital, and research-institution relationships, leading go-to-market efforts, managing proposals and negotiations, representing the company at industry events, and meeting pipeline and revenue targets. The role requires clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare business development experience, knowledge of Israel’s clinical trials ecosystem, strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent Hebrew, and strong English.

Develops country-level core and non-core business opportunities related to clinical trial services. Responsibilities include market analysis, service design, project implementation, client onboarding and relationship management, sales support, coordination across marketing, sales, operations and project teams, KPI reporting, authority engagement, events, networking, and internal training. The role requires clinical trials market knowledge, business development and sales capability, project lifecycle experience, and pharmaceutical or logistics exposure.

Oversee compliance and quality for pharmaceutical wholesale distribution under a Wholesale Dealer’s License. Maintain the quality management system and distribution records; manage product returns, recalls, complaints, defects, and incident reporting; review import documentation; monitor imported product quality; support MHRA inspections; ensure staff training; and drive continuous improvement. Requires a scientific or pharmaceutical degree, pharmaceutical industry experience, independent judgment, and decision-making skills.

Manages clinical study project activities from setup through closeout, including scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, procurement, logistics, documentation, risk mitigation, and contract amendments. Ensures compliance with customer requirements, QMS standards, regulatory expectations, and GxP procedures. Partners with customers, procurement, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues, negotiate scope and budget changes, improve reporting, and support global project execution.

Oversee RP/QP responsibilities for pharmaceutical wholesale and clinical trial logistics operations in Hungary. Ensure EU GDP, GMP and GxP compliance; manage quality systems, SOPs, audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations, change controls, risk assessments, validation, product release, recalls and documentation. Monitor storage and distribution conditions, provide training, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
