Own strategic relationships with global clinical supply chain clients across MENA and Europe. Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, advise sponsors, coordinate internal teams, manage forecasts and reviews, anticipate regulatory and capacity risks, and support onboarding of new studies and services. The role requires clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chain knowledge, commercial confidence, international collaboration, and CRM experience.

Maintain and improve the Hungary Quality Management System and Quality Assurance processes for clinical trial logistics operations. Ensure warehouse compliance with SOPs, ISO 9001, GxP, and regulations; develop documentation; deliver training; conduct internal and supplier audits; support external audits; lead nonconformity investigations and CAPA; and participate in management reviews, risk assessments, change control, and Environmental Management System improvement.

Manage global business development pipelines, CRM reporting, forecasting, proposals, tenders, market intelligence, account targeting, pricing support, and go-to-market execution. Coordinate across Business Development, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Marketing while supporting client onboarding, commercial materials, process improvements, CRM optimization, and development of a scalable global BD playbook.
