Develop and execute OIDI’s European university recognition and commercial partnership strategy. Build relationships with universities, government agencies, sector bodies, and senior academic stakeholders; secure recognition and adoption of English language and pathway programs; negotiate agreements; manage institutional approval processes; grow existing partnerships; and deliver revenue targets. The role also requires market intelligence, pipeline forecasting, conference representation, extensive European travel, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads Halifax enrolment operations across registration, student records, financial aid, graduation audits, credential issuance, compliance, privacy, reporting, and student lifecycle support. Oversees departmental staff, ensures regulatory and data integrity, manages audits and escalations, maintains system and reporting controls, and coordinates with academic, finance, admissions, IT, and compliance teams to improve student-facing processes and operational performance.

Drive commercial growth of higher education programmes across APAC through institutional partnership development, student recruitment, education-agent network expansion, contract negotiation, and revenue generation. The role manages sales pipelines, develops business cases, forecasts performance, maintains partner relationships, and represents the organization at sector events. Travel across APAC and occasionally to the UK may be required.
