Drive conversion of student enquiries and offers into confirmed enrollments by engaging prospective students, assessing applications, conducting interviews, updating stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, building partner relationships, meeting enrollment targets, and guiding students through course selection and visa processes. Work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel as required.

Manage student debt recovery through courteous outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, follow up on overdue invoices, maintain CRM records, liaise with internal teams to resolve disputes, develop credit control processes, check credit reports, and prepare management reports on outstanding debts and recovery progress.

The role involves teaching Economics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, developing curricula, conducting research, and managing academic activities while engaging in student recruitment and community building.
