Execute and support digital marketing initiatives including HubSpot landing page creation and SEO, campaign coordination for Google/YouTube/Meta ads, content and social media support, liaising with agencies and central teams, and producing marketing assets and performance reporting to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Own and manage the Higher Education website portfolio (UHE UK and UoSD): roadmap, backlog, BAU, stakeholder engagement, requirements, analytics-driven improvements, SEO, UX/accessibility, governance, and handover into operations while supporting multisite transformation and commercial objectives.

Manage and lead the School Student Services team, oversee administrative, financial and HR processes, maintain student records in SITS, coordinate timetables and assessments, support student welfare and safeguarding, liaise with university and Oxford International colleagues, and manage reception and resources to ensure an outstanding student experience.
