Provide administrative and compliance support for academic programs, coordinating clinical placements, maintaining records, managing exam registration, verifying grades, supporting LMS and audits, and liaising with students, instructors, and placement partners to ensure regulatory and institutional compliance.

Lead student recruitment for Australia and North America from India, hitting new student enrolment and fee targets. Develop and execute marketing and recruitment plans, maintain agent and partner relationships, counsel applicants, conduct market research and visits, ensure regulatory compliance (ESOS/National Code), produce reports, and support promotional projects to grow enrolments and net fee income.

Lead and execute partner recruitment strategy for India, manage agent and partner relationships to meet enrolment targets, collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and Conversion teams, attend recruitment events, provide market intelligence and training, produce reports, and deputize for the VP when required. Role involves regular domestic travel and occasional international travel.
