Own the university campus’s social media strategy, content planning, creation, publishing, organic growth, community management, online reputation, analytics and reporting. Coordinate campaigns, events and stakeholder content while producing short-form videos and platform-specific assets. Plan and execute university events, manage vendors and logistics, oversee on-ground requirements, and support pre-event promotion, live coverage and post-event reporting. Present insights and continuously optimize performance using trends, technology and data.

Manages an in-house creative studio and end-to-end production of video, photography, social content, print materials, event branding and activations. Coordinates creative teams, shoots, equipment, schedules, budgets, vendors and stakeholders while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Oversees studio operations, production readiness, reporting and cost tracking, and identifies opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve creative productivity.
