The Finance & Accounting Manager will handle day-to-day operations, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance, manage payroll, and forecast cash flow for the US subsidiary.

Design, produce, and characterize multi-specific T-cell engagers; develop and run functional and flow cytometry assays (cytotoxicity, cytokine release, reporter assays); generate engineered cell models; analyze complex datasets; coordinate CROs and cross-functional teams; ensure QMS-compliant documentation and drive preclinical lead selection decisions.

The Senior/Principal Scientist will design and execute histopathology workflows for cancer targets, develop IHC assays, lead lab work, and mentor staff.
