Performs histology workflows involving FFPE and fresh-frozen tissue processing, sectioning, embedding, and preparation for staining and analysis. Maintains experimental records, laboratory equipment, supplies, and safety procedures; troubleshoots technical issues and adapts workflows to changing research needs. Collaborates with scientists in a fast-paced biotechnology laboratory supporting oncology research.

Supports preclinical program managers and scientific teams through documentation control, meeting coordination, action and milestone tracking, audit preparation, quality checks, compliance follow-up, and inspection-ready record maintenance. The role coordinates information across cross-functional stakeholders, maintains trackers and controlled documents, supports WorkPlan and materials audits, records meeting decisions and actions, and helps implement process improvements. It provides administrative and operational support without owning program strategy, budgets, contracts, or final scientific decisions.

Design, produce, and characterize multi-specific T-cell engagers; develop and run functional and flow cytometry assays (cytotoxicity, cytokine release, reporter assays); generate engineered cell models; analyze complex datasets; coordinate CROs and cross-functional teams; ensure QMS-compliant documentation and drive preclinical lead selection decisions.

Contribute to discovery and development of antibody therapeutics by designing immunogens, producing and purifying recombinant proteins and alternative-format antibodies in mammalian systems, generating overexpressing cell lines, running AKTA/HPLC purifications, characterizing antibodies with Octet/Biacore and functional assays, troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining documentation and lab safety.

The Finance & Accounting Manager will handle day-to-day operations, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance, manage payroll, and forecast cash flow for the US subsidiary.
