Builds and operates healthcare data integrations and pipelines for claims, enrollment, provider, and other transaction data. Responsibilities include Python and SQL transformation logic, APIs, AWS pipelines, data quality checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, security controls, partner onboarding, CI/CD, and documentation. The role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, product, and operations teams while supporting healthcare standards such as X12 837 and 834.

Own stop-loss risk evaluation and proposal management for self-funded healthcare cases. Review claims, census, and plan design; prepare RFPs and submissions; manage carrier underwriting relationships; compare quotes and recommend placements. Partner with sales, brokers, finance, and actuarial teams on case strategy, pricing, and proposals. Build repeatable quoting tools and processes while coaching junior sales support staff.
