Develop and execute channel marketing programs for dealers, distributors and wholesalers across North America. Plan promotional campaigns, trade shows, catalogues, sales collateral, and events; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Design and vendors; measure program effectiveness and support sales with promotional planning and customer engagement.

Lead global Amazon advertising strategy and execution across US/CA/UK/EU/AU. Build repeatable playbooks, manage SP/SB/SD/DSP performance, set budgets/targets, govern forecasting, optimize creative/store experiences, own keyword strategy and launch/peak readiness, manage AVS and agencies, and deliver actionable analytics and reporting.

Support North American product strategy and full lifecycle for professional tools: coordinate R&D, testing, launches, go-to-market, and post-launch performance while engaging customers, sales, and distributors and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Provide end-to-end customer support via phone and email, resolve issues, process quotes and orders, maintain CRM and sales automation (NetSuite, Power BI), support sales growth through inbound/outbound activity, manage open orders and cases, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve customer experience and drive revenue.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and forecasting tools; analyze sales and market trends; align inventory with demand; support S&OP meetings; collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain; evaluate promotional and new product impacts; track forecast KPIs and lead process improvements to reduce forecast error.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects (operations, events, merchandising). Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and risks. Coordinate line reviews, vendor logistics, and internal/external events. Track progress, maintain documentation, and deliver reports and post-project reviews to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Provide coordination and administrative support to the National Account Management team: prepare range review materials, submit new line forms, run competitor and POS analysis, generate key account reports, coordinate campaigns and marketing asset delivery, and liaise across departments to resolve issues and support sales growth.

Design and produce high-quality ecommerce product images, infographics, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure brand consistency, meet marketplace requirements, manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and communicate project status with stakeholders in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead global product strategy and roadmap for OX Tools, oversee innovation, NPD, portfolio lifecycle, and commercial performance. Manage cross-functional launches, manufacturing and supplier relationships, and build a high-performing product team to drive revenue, profitability, and market leadership.

Lead end-to-end product design for professional tools: generate concepts, produce specifications, develop prototypes, validate performance, ensure manufacturability, and coordinate cross-functional launches to deliver durable, user-focused products.
