Leads OX Group’s global product strategy, innovation roadmap, portfolio optimization, product integrity, and lifecycle management across brands, categories, and regions. Aligns Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams around profitable growth, customer insight, stage-gate development, SKU rationalization, market adaptation, and launch execution. Reports portfolio performance and strategic progress to executive leadership while building a high-performing global product organization.

Own regulatory data, product compliance documentation, packaging and EPR submissions, customer audit responses, evidence libraries, and QMS document control. The role maintains declarations, technical files, labeling data, regulatory matrices, document registers, corrective action records, and compliance KPIs. It also administers the Assent platform, coordinates supplier and internal follow-up, tracks gaps and audit actions, and prepares controlled documentation for global markets.

Own end-to-end global recruitment across North America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and the Philippines. Source candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, support offers, and partner with hiring managers. Manage ATS data and recruitment reporting, strengthen employer branding, ensure compliant and inclusive hiring practices, and improve recruitment processes across multiple time zones.

Create, enhance, and standardize global presentations for customer pitches, retailer meetings, sales teams, and leadership communications. Build presentation templates and brand components in Canva and PowerPoint, convert Canva decks to PowerPoint, uphold brand guidelines, refine visual storytelling, and support teams across regions. The role also manages multiple deadlines, maintains a centralized template library, provides training, and improves presentation workflows.

Design and produce high-quality ecommerce product images, infographics, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure brand consistency, meet marketplace requirements, manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and communicate project status with stakeholders in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Provide coordination and administrative support to the National Account Management team: prepare range review materials, submit new line forms, run competitor and POS analysis, generate key account reports, coordinate campaigns and marketing asset delivery, and liaise across departments to resolve issues and support sales growth.

Support EUK demand planning by monitoring inventory, preparing supply chain reports, tracking purchase orders and shipments, maintaining ERP/NetSuite data, reconciling stock with warehouse systems, coordinating across Purchasing/Logistics/Warehouse/Sales, and assisting S&OP processes and documentation.

Lead global Amazon advertising strategy and execution across multiple markets. Build scalable operating models, set budgets and performance targets, optimize campaigns and reporting, manage agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable retail media growth for major events and product launches.

Develop and execute channel marketing programs for dealers, distributors and wholesalers across North America. Plan promotional campaigns, trade shows, catalogues, sales collateral, and events; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Design and vendors; measure program effectiveness and support sales with promotional planning and customer engagement.

Support North American product strategy and full lifecycle for professional tools: coordinate R&D, testing, launches, go-to-market, and post-launch performance while engaging customers, sales, and distributors and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and forecasting tools; analyze sales and market trends; align inventory with demand; support S&OP meetings; collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain; evaluate promotional and new product impacts; track forecast KPIs and lead process improvements to reduce forecast error.
