Develop and execute channel marketing programs for dealers, distributors and wholesalers across North America. Plan promotional campaigns, trade shows, catalogues, sales collateral, and events; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Design and vendors; measure program effectiveness and support sales with promotional planning and customer engagement.

Generates and qualifies leads, conducts outbound sales outreach, maintains customer relationships, manages CRM pipelines, prepares quotes and proposals, follows up on opportunities, meets sales targets, and reports on sales activity and forecasts. The role also supports business development appointment setting, collaborates with marketing and regional sales teams, communicates product value, and contributes to process improvements.

Leads global product strategy, innovation roadmaps, portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and full product lifecycles across four brands and international markets. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive profitable growth, compliance, quality, pricing, sourcing, and launch readiness. Builds a high-performing global product team and reports to executive leadership.
