Traveling Fuel Technician Apprentice performs on-site calibration and minor maintenance of fuel dispensing equipment, sets up tools, records work on a tablet/phone, drives a company truck to multi-state job sites, and follows training and safety procedures. Role involves heavy travel, lifting, and physical work with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Process, index, and route high volumes of invoices; research and reconcile discrepancies; reconcile vendor statements; respond to vendor and internal inquiries; support the AP team while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.

Manage daily deposit processing, post payments, handle credit card processing, follow up on past-due accounts, prepare accounts for collections, process billing corrections, prepare month-end AR reports, maintain customer and delinquent account records, and support special projects.

Maintain the general ledger and prepare accurate month-end and year-end close entries, reconciliations, and tax filings. Support AP and AR integration, perform variance and ad hoc financial analysis, assist audits, recommend process improvements, and contribute to ERP implementation and special projects.

Process and prepare customer invoices and credit memos, perform e-billing, research and resolve billing issues, maintain billing records, support accounting processes, and ensure billing deadlines are met.

Manage accounting operations including billing accuracy, collections, AP, job-cost invoicing, month-end percentage-of-completion reporting, reconciliations, and profitability analysis. Hire, train, and supervise accounting staff, maintain internal controls, prepare multi-state sales tax returns, manage fixed asset depreciation, support Controller with timely financial statements, and assist on accounting projects.

Provide in-person, phone and email IT support for office and field staff; troubleshoot networks, email, file/print services, IP telephony and mobile devices; maintain hardware inventory; assist onboarding; log and resolve issues via ticketing system; perform hardware/software upgrades and configure Fortinet products. Maintain knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure/AWS, networking and cabling.

Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to identify and close business opportunities, maintain and grow customer relationships, track competitors and market trends, create sales KPIs and forecasts, promote products/services, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable growth.

Field-based sales role building face-to-face relationships with facility, operations, and maintenance leaders to generate qualified leads. Travel assigned territory, pitch services, record site equipment details, distribute materials, and pass leads to the sales team.
