Processes customer invoices, statements, payments, collections, cash receipts, account reconciliations, and vendor waivers. Maintains customer payment records, resolves billing issues, supports audits, and provides invoice information to internal departments. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Accounts receivable experience and accounting coursework are preferred.

Manage multi-state certified payroll operations and prevailing wage compliance for construction and public works projects. Prepare and file weekly Certified Payroll Reports, interpret federal and state wage determinations, calculate fringe benefits and union dues, review subcontractor payroll records, and resolve discrepancies. Serve as the primary contact for labor audits, agency inquiries, and compliance reporting while maintaining audit readiness.

Partners with regional leaders on HR strategy and employee relations while managing onboarding, performance management, compensation programs, training, workforce planning, policy administration, HR systems, compliance, engagement, and retention initiatives. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports talent development, administers employment practices, and analyzes exit interview trends. The role is on-site in Des Moines and supports a multi-site, field-based workforce.
