Designs, develops, and deploys production-grade machine learning systems focused on LLMs, Generative AI, and deep learning. Responsibilities include building scalable ML libraries and research workflows, optimizing distributed training and inference, improving experiment tracking and model lifecycle management, and bridging research prototypes with robust implementations. The role requires collaboration with data science and platform teams, strong software engineering practices, cloud and MLOps expertise, and mentoring across the technical team. Biomedical, clinical, or omics data experience is preferred.

Own first-level B2B SaaS support for Owkin’s K-Pro AI research platform. Triage tickets, diagnose technical issues, manage SLAs, communicate with clients, escalate problems, track support metrics, maintain the knowledge base, and identify recurring issues. The role also improves support workflows through AI-assisted triage, routing, response drafting, and knowledge retrieval while partnering with engineering, product, customer success, and operations teams.

Own new-business sales across pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, VC/PE, and life sciences accounts, with emphasis on North America. Build target-account relationships, generate pipeline, lead consultative discovery, develop proposals and pilots, negotiate contracts, and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities. Collaborate with technical sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, marketing, and partnerships teams while maintaining accurate CRM forecasts and feeding market insight back into commercial strategy.

Build and maintain scalable, reliable agentic AI systems for biomedical research, integrating LLMs, tool-calling, and data platforms. Drive technical decisions, optimize analytical workflows, deploy agents on the data platform, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure performance, security, and continuous improvement.
