Lead development of an autonomous agentic AI scientist for drug discovery: architect multi-step reasoning agents, bridge AI and wet-lab experiment design, prototype to productionize agentic systems, publish research, and collaborate with biological experts.

Six-month Paris-based research internship to survey and implement generative flow-matching approaches for small-molecule generation constrained by binding sites. Collaborate with the Biomedical team, conduct primary research and numerical validation, produce reusable software, contribute to research reviews, and report findings.

Lead end-to-end product development for an agentic AI platform for drug discovery: prototype LLM/agentic workflows, convert manual scientific workflows into reusable products, evaluate integrations, collaborate with scientists, engineers and customers, and support demos, pre-sales and adoption.

Build and maintain scalable, reliable agentic AI systems for biomedical research, integrating LLMs, tool-calling, and data platforms. Drive technical decisions, optimize analytical workflows, deploy agents on the data platform, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure performance, security, and continuous improvement.

Work with pharma and biotech customers to design, prototype, and deploy production-grade AI systems on Owkin K. Build integrations, data pipelines and APIs, embed on-site with clients, iterate rapidly with users, mentor junior engineers, and feed field insights back into product roadmap while participating in on-call rotation.

Build and maintain scalable cloud-based data management and processing systems for biomedical research. Own platform components end-to-end, drive architecture and standards, improve CI/CD, observability, security, performance, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call incident response.

Own scientific product areas end-to-end for an agentic AI platform used in drug discovery. Define scientific capabilities, evaluation and benchmarking, competitive analysis, KOL engagement, and external scientific communication. Partner with scientists, engineers, and customers to prototype with LLM/agentic tooling and translate scientific insight into product and business outcomes.

Intern will build and optimize data pipelines for an agentic biomedical AI product, integrate biological datasets, improve developer experience (CI/CD, Airflow, Grafana, GitHub Actions), address user feedback, prototype improvements, and contribute production-quality code and cross-modality agentic workflows.
