The Supply Chain Planning Associate manages on-site inventory for hospitals, collaborating with medical staff to optimize medical product inventory using PANDAC. Responsibilities include physical inventory counts, inventory maintenance, and effective communication with departmental staff.

Manage Oracle EBS General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules, oversee integrations with OBIEE, Concur, Workday and Coupa, support month-end/forecast close, lead change control, manage migrations/patches, provide technical support, and implement system improvements in partnership with finance leadership.

Supervise distribution center operations and teammates; manage scheduling, training, performance feedback, and succession planning; drive KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, turnover); implement SOPs/WIs and continuous improvement; support new-customer conversions, customer service issue resolution, P&L recommendations, and regulatory compliance (DOL, DEA, FDA, OSHA).
