Owns commercial strategy and business results for an assigned healthcare territory. Responsibilities include managing customer P&Ls, developing account and territory plans, generating profitable growth, prospecting, expanding product and service adoption, managing pricing and pipeline forecasts, retaining strategic accounts, and coordinating cross-functional resources. The role requires executive customer relationship management, consultative selling, negotiation, healthcare supply chain knowledge, CRM discipline, and regular customer visits within the territory.

Manages day-to-day customer relationships for custom procedure tray and kitting programs. Reviews and optimizes clinical configurations, coordinates inventory and product substitutions, resolves customer issues, supports pricing and implementation, and collaborates with operations, quoting, customer success, and sales teams. The role works with healthcare customers in virtual, operating room, and clinical environments to improve satisfaction, retention, program growth, and operational performance.

Develops and supports warehouse management applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborates with business development teams on solution design, estimates, technical specifications, development standards, documentation, testing, integrations, scope management, risk resolution, and bug fixes. Designs databases and web-service-driven applications, communicates solutions to clients, and works independently or within development teams.
