Analyzes, designs, and improves operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks and root causes, develops and tests process improvements, builds cost-benefit cases, monitors performance metrics, and supports capacity planning. Partners with operations, automation, and IT teams to implement process and system changes across distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.

Leads process automation delivery by managing process engineering and execution project teams. Oversees process improvement analysis, business cases, deployment, cutover, stabilization, roadmap development, and program metrics including savings, throughput, and ROI. Partners with solution architecture and integration teams to align process design with technical delivery, while escalating risks, resource constraints, and timeline issues. The role requires experience in program management, process engineering, operations management, and preferably distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to operational leadership, overseeing employee relations, engagement, performance management, talent initiatives, compensation coordination, compliance, staffing analysis, and organizational effectiveness. Provides coaching and counsel to leaders and teammates, leads change management, supports recruiting and retention, ensures employment-law compliance, and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent services. The role requires up to 25% travel.
