Supervise warehouse and outbound shipping operations, including teammate scheduling, coaching, training, succession planning, KPI performance, customer service, and adherence to warehouse and transportation procedures. Coordinate with account management, transportation, client engagement, and corporate operations teams. Support new customer implementations and drive safety, quality, productivity, turnover, continuous improvement, and process standardization across assigned functions.

Designs, configures, and supports SAP PP, QM, and PM solutions across implementations, enhancements, and production support. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing solution options, configuring complex SAP environments, resolving incidents, preparing functional specifications, coordinating technical development, and supporting testing, deployment, integration, and hypercare. The role also contributes to process improvement, training, audits, compliance, and stakeholder workshops within regulated healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Provides supply chain consulting and analytical support for healthcare clients. Responsibilities include logistics and inventory analysis, process mapping, data collection, project coordination, implementation support, customer assessments, recommendations, presentations, status reporting, and post-engagement documentation. The role supports cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue, margins, customer retention, and operational efficiency, with extensive travel to customer sites.
