Manage daily studio operations, supervise clinical and front‑desk staff, monitor KPIs and inventory, coordinate scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, handle client relations, and support marketing and reporting to drive performance and service quality.

Serve as the studio's front-line client contact, managing scheduling, client intake and records, payments, communications, inventory, and basic marketing support while coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth, confidential client experience.

Create and post still and video content for social, email, web, and field; manage influencer relationships and program logistics; build and maintain content calendar; support studio openings, local activations, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Provide first-line technical support for studios and corporate teams: troubleshoot hardware, POS and Zenoti issues, manage help-desk ticket queue and invoicing discrepancies, configure devices for hires/offboarding, document resolutions, and support rollouts while escalating complex problems to the Senior Enterprise Systems Administrator.
