Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and scripts using languages such as Python and Go. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, integrate APIs and databases, support Kubernetes and Docker environments, troubleshoot systems, document workflows, and promote DevOps practices. The role also provides technical guidance, collaborates cross-functionally, and applies AI-assisted tooling to improve team productivity.

Provides in-house legal guidance across privacy, data protection, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, cloud services, marketing, product launches, and pre-litigation disputes. Leads the corporate privacy program, monitors global regulatory developments, drafts and negotiates complex agreements, develops compliance frameworks and training, and advises cross-functional stakeholders on risk mitigation and business strategy.

Serves as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise OVHcloud customers, guiding cloud adoption, migrations, transformation initiatives, and solution expansion. Manages customer relationships, technical implementations, timelines, escalations, incidents, business reviews, and executive communications. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Support, and leadership teams; maintains customer environment schematics, reports on consumption and reliability, identifies adoption blockers, and provides product feedback. Requires occasional travel and on-call availability.

Improves sales operations through Salesforce data governance, reporting, pipeline forecasting, revenue tracking, commission review support, Deal Desk coordination, and cross-functional process improvement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, revenue recognition, sales planning, deal evaluation, and reporting. Conducts market demand research, prepares variance analyses, supports revenue target setting, and provides oversight for sales planning and related accounts receivable activities.

Automate, configure, and maintain OVHcloud infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include deployment engineering, UAT, patching, monitoring, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, performance and capacity planning, configuration projects, vendor management, mentoring, and disaster recovery/business continuity maintenance.
