Leads DevOps operations for OVHcloud products, ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, monitoring, deployment, and incident response. Owns problem and change management, observability, automation, root-cause analysis, UAT, and process improvement. Supports Linux and Windows systems, microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and highly available distributed environments. Provides team training, mentoring, metrics development, and operational documentation.

Provides escalation support for critical billing systems, troubleshooting distributed microservices and APIs, implementing code fixes, and managing CI/CD deployments. Leads development projects, infrastructure deployments, monitoring and automation efforts, and production support. Mentors junior engineers, supports onboarding, documents technical processes, represents changes to the Change Review Board, and coordinates application-impacting work across teams.

Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and scripts using languages such as Python and Go. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, integrate APIs and databases, support Kubernetes and Docker environments, troubleshoot systems, document workflows, and promote DevOps practices. The role also provides technical guidance, collaborates cross-functionally, and applies AI-assisted tooling to improve team productivity.
