Responsibilities include cloud systems, automation, observability, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, security, reliability, technical strategy, cross-team initiatives, mentorship, and periodic on-call support.

Build and lead Overjet’s SDR team, owning pipeline targets, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, outbound messaging, performance management, forecasting, and AE handoffs. The manager will establish the sales development playbook, improve conversion through data-driven decisions, and provide market intelligence to cross-functional teams. This is a fully in-person role in Lehi.

Leads SMB customer success for a dental AI SaaS platform, owning retention, churn reduction, onboarding, activation, adoption, forecasting, and customer health analytics. Hires and coaches CSMs, builds scalable playbooks and AI-powered workflows, uses data to identify risk, and partners cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and expansion.
