Legal Counsel will serve as a hands-on legal partner focused on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on privacy, HIPAA, data protection, product, marketing, and information security matters. The role will build scalable legal templates and processes, support AI and FDA-cleared product launches, assist with corporate matters, and coordinate outside counsel. Candidates need a JD, active U.S. bar membership, and at least four years of legal experience, preferably including SaaS, technology, healthcare, or regulated-industry work.

Lead product marketing for Overjet’s dental AI platform, serving private dental practices and dental support organizations. Own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive research, sales enablement, and customer-facing content. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and executive leadership to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and retention. Build AI-powered workflows and continuously optimize marketing strategies based on customer feedback and business results.

Leads a 10+ person engineering organization developing AI-powered revenue cycle management products for dental practices. Sets technical vision, architectural standards, engineering processes, staffing plans, and cross-functional priorities while supporting 0-to-1 product development and platform scaling. The role requires hands-on technical credibility, experience with LLM products, cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, agile practices, hiring, mentorship, and communication with senior leadership.
