The role requires strong process ownership, discretion, communication, and experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Own full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product. Source senior talent, use AI-driven tools and market insights, advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and compensation, improve recruiting processes through root-cause analysis, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and maintain operational excellence in Ashby while meeting recruiting KPIs.

Lead sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic channel partnerships (consulting firms, device/PMS vendors, distributors). Own partner-sourced pipeline, revenue targets, forecasting, and partner activation—including onboarding, training, and cross-functional launch. Manage partner relationships, run business reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to scale partnerships.
