Teams at Outsourced CFO

Leads the finance function across a multi-site hospitality group, overseeing financial operations, reporting, payroll, cash flow, compliance, controls, and team development. Partners with ownership and senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, capital investment, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth. Manages relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders while providing board-level performance analysis and financial insight.

Manage accounting records across multiple entities, structure inter-company capital transfers, oversee cross-border and foreign exchange transactions, and support tax and regulatory compliance. Act as a financial advisor to executive leadership on commercial opportunities, legal compliance, and financial efficiency. Maintain accurate books for outsourced year-end reporting, provisional tax, CIPC, and payroll processes.

Manage accounting and payroll for a portfolio of 20–25 fitness business clients. Responsibilities include reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation, accounts payable, payroll tax filings, sales and property tax returns, and client communications. The role requires accurate, timely work, independent prioritization, confidentiality, and effective virtual collaboration with clients, managers, and tax teams.
