Teams at Outsourced CFO

Manage day-to-day finance operations including cashbook processing, accounts payable, payment runs, journals, reconciliations, month-end support, billing review and client statements, audit support, VAT and payroll schedules, and regular reporting. Maintain accurate records, support audits, and assist the finance team with ad hoc requests.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and consolidated reports; manage general ledger, reconciliations, fixed asset register and debtors; ensure GAAP/IFRS and local tax compliance; perform budget variance analysis and identify cost reductions; delegate and mentor junior staff; streamline accounting processes; lead rollout of a new accounting/bookings system.

Lead the finance function blending control and commercial partnering: own tactical cash forecasting, DSO management, ERP automation, month-end close, GL integrity, audits, and statutory tax compliance. Partner with CFO/FP&A to provide strategic insights, drive process improvements, and manage teams across AP, cash, and expense controls to support fast-paced business growth.
