Lead applied AI engineering across generative and discriminative use cases, including scalable content generation, gamification, benchmarking, analytics, and multimodal behavior classification. Own AI-first SDLC practices, MCP and ML tooling, prompting standards, application benchmarks, roadmap development, and end-to-end deployment and maintenance of AI systems. Establish engineering standards for quality, scalability, and AI-first development while collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.

Owns end-to-end development of consumer mobile features in Flutter across iOS and Android. Collaborates with design on Rive and Unity animations, leads mobile testing and performance tuning, participates in architecture and code reviews, and helps establish engineering quality and scalability standards in an early-stage startup.

Lead Outsmart’s marketing growth by identifying and testing scalable acquisition opportunities across channels. Own PR, creator strategy, YouTube growth, reputation, and organic or viral growth initiatives. Use DAU as the north star metric while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.

Lead development and deployment of AI-first systems: build generative and discriminative models, enable multimodal behavior classification from mobile signals, define prompting and benchmarking standards, own ML tooling and SDLC, and partner with Product and Engineering on the AI roadmap.

Design and build end-to-end college-level science curriculum (biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences) including course architecture, assessments, interactive content, virtual labs, and AI-assisted content pipelines. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, use learner data for iteration, and ensure mastery-based progression and rigorous, engaging learning experiences.

Lead end-to-end product design for major areas of Outsmart’s student experience, translating complex problems into intuitive strategies, flows, prototypes, and polished products. Partner with Product and Engineering through launch, mentor and manage designers, lead critiques, evolve the design system, establish lightweight processes, and use research, data, experimentation, AI tools, and rapid prototyping to guide decisions.
