Lead design and delivery of undergraduate curriculum and assessments, define pedagogical philosophy, manage faculty and instructional designers, ensure accreditation and academic quality, and collaborate with product and engineering to create AI-enhanced learning experiences and assessment validation systems.

Lead development and deployment of AI-first systems: build generative and discriminative models, enable multimodal behavior classification from mobile signals, define prompting and benchmarking standards, own ML tooling and SDLC, and partner with Product and Engineering on the AI roadmap.

Lead end-to-end product initiatives for a mobile-first AI-driven higher-education platform. Own 0→1 and scaling work across onboarding, engagement, retention, gamification, experimentation, and product quality. Prototype, iterate quickly with engineering and design, use data and user insight to drive growth, and partner closely with founders and leadership.
