Owns post-sale operational understanding and account outcomes for automated gate systems. Leads go-live and hypercare, manages steady-state SLAs and metrics, diagnoses issues, translates operational friction into product requirements, and identifies expansion opportunities across a national yard portfolio.

Lead and build Outpost's demand generation function: design and run multi-channel ABM and always-on campaigns, manage paid budget, drive conference pipeline, produce campaign assets, and report funnel metrics to convert target accounts into predictable marketing-sourced revenue.

Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for outbound prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing complex software+hardware deals for Outpost Gate Automation. Manage CRM pipeline, coordinate cross-functionally, travel for on-site assessments and events, and meet revenue targets.

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting site assessments, and achieving sales targets for Outpost Gate Automation technology.

Build end-to-end production features across backend, frontend, and database. Integrate LLM APIs and agentic workflows into products and internal developer tools. Improve CI/CD, deployment, and developer infrastructure. Debug production issues on GCP and containerized services; participate in code reviews and architecture discussions on a small collaborative team.

Own CV accuracy end-to-end: measure and report metrics, investigate misclassifications, curate and label datasets, prioritize retraining, and build continuous learning pipelines. Translate findings into actionable fixes and acceptance criteria, collaborate with ML/CV engineers and customer teams, and eventually implement tooling and model retraining to reduce recurring error patterns in production.

Own and improve uptime for backend services, APIs, workers, and ML pipelines; build monitoring, alerting, auto-remediation, optimize GCP infrastructure and Postgres performance, run on-call rotation and blameless postmortems.
