Lead end-to-end product design across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms for complex logistics workflows. Build and maintain the design system, translate freight data into intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, create dashboards and data visualizations, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations. Integrate AI into research, prototyping, documentation, and ideation while using analytics and user feedback to improve product quality and delivery speed.

Own the product architecture and roadmap for a gate automation platform serving freight carriers and shippers. Lead customer discovery, define ROI-driven product strategy, write technical specifications, coordinate engineering and ML teams, and manage UX across hardware, software, and operational workflows. Drive integrations, deployment, KPI measurement, and continuous improvement while partnering with sales, implementation, operations, and executive leadership.

Own hardware architecture for kiosks and on-site systems, develop reference designs and BOMs, qualify components and vendors, design power/recovery and edge compute standards, build and test prototypes, enable provisioning/monitoring/remote recovery, support pilots and field installs, troubleshoot failures, and manage hardware lifecycle and documentation.
