Build and execute multichannel outbound prospecting campaigns targeting commercial insurance agencies. Research accounts, personalize messaging, cold call, qualify prospects, and book discovery meetings for Account Executives. Owns monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; GAAP-compliant reporting; revenue recognition; AP and AR; tax compliance; audits; internal controls; and accounting systems. The role builds scalable financial infrastructure, automates workflows using AI, selects finance tools, supports audit readiness, and develops the accounting team in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Own and operate the AI-native platform runtime including Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, GCP, CI/CD, observability, orchestration (Temporal, Kong). Improve reliability, performance, cost, multi-tenant provisioning, developer experience, and lead on-call and incident response.

Build intuitive, high-performance React interfaces for AI-powered insurance workflows. Collaborate with design and backend teams, create reusable UI components and design systems, integrate frontend features with AI services (document review, entity extraction, quote comparison), rapidly prototype, and iterate based on user feedback.

Lead the product roadmap for data ingestion, enrichment, and pipelines. Define integrations with PDFs, portals, APIs, spreadsheets, and carriers. Partner with AI and engineering to build scalable workflows for cleaning, validating, mapping, and enriching data. Work with customer-facing teams to remove adoption blockers, prioritize initiatives, prototype solutions, and ship frequent improvements.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-enabled workflow features for insurance operations. Work closely with users, engineering, and GTM to design scalable workflows, measure adoption and impact, support pilots/betas, and iterate to build trusted AI-driven products.

Work directly with insurance customers to deploy and configure AI-powered workflows, integrate with agency management systems and messy customer data, debug integrations, build tooling, and relay product requirements to the core platform while partnering with sales and customer success.

Own internal IT systems: identity/SSO provisioning, device lifecycle and MDM/endpoint security, SaaS access and licensing, onboarding/offboarding, automation of IT workflows, internal networking, and support while contributing to security and compliance.

Own and operate the production infrastructure and delivery platform for AI products. Implement infrastructure-as-code, run Kubernetes, manage CI/CD, ensure security, reliability, observability, and compliance (single-tenant, SOC 2). Build automation and guardrails to enable safe, fast shipping.

Own post-sale customer journey for Employee Benefits agencies: onboard, drive adoption, maintain relationships, manage retention and expansion, translate feedback into product insights, and build scalable onboarding and training materials.

Design and own end-to-end data platform architecture, build ingestion and transformation pipelines, model multi-tenant datasets, optimize Postgres and ClickHouse performance/cost, implement orchestration and observability, define data quality and reconciliation standards, and mentor data/product engineers.

Lead design, build, and operation of AI-powered product features across backend, frontend, and AI systems. Make architecture decisions, drive production deployments, improve code quality and reliability, mentor engineers, and own features end-to-end.

Build and productionize AI features across frontend and backend: document review, entity extraction, quote comparison, embeddings and LLM integrations, prototype from customer feedback, and create scalable reusable systems for insurance workflows.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering across AI, data, backend, and frontend systems. Drive architecture, remove technical risks, set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and influence cross-team technical direction.

Serve as a client-facing insurance operations specialist who drives adoption and outcomes across agency accounts. Learn client workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, design interventions (retraining, workflow redesign, champion programs), deliver trainings, create enablement materials, triage technical issues, and partner with CSMs on onboarding, reviews, renewals, and expansion.

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional engineering programs: create and maintain program plans, run planning cadence, surface and mitigate risks, translate technical status for stakeholders, and improve scalable delivery processes to ensure timely launches.

Build and operate ingestion and transformation pipelines to turn messy insurance data into clean datasets. Design bronze/silver/fact layers, model and tune Postgres and analytical stores, define KPIs and reconciliation checks, orchestrate observable data jobs, and ensure end-to-end data quality for analytics and AI products.

Lead company-level technical direction for an AI-native insurance platform. Own architecture across AI, data, infrastructure, and product; resolve high-impact technical decisions; establish org-wide engineering standards; and mentor senior engineers while partnering with founders to shape long-term technical vision.

Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions for document intelligence, semantic search, data extraction, and RAG systems. Design prompts and fine-tuned models, build evaluation pipelines, partner with product and engineering to ship production-ready AI features, and rapidly test new research on real customer data.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for an AI-powered commercial insurance platform: create demand for a new category, develop business cases, negotiate and close complex deals ($25K–$500K+ ACV), engage executive buyers, expand accounts, and feed market intelligence into product and GTM strategy.
