Build and execute multichannel outbound prospecting campaigns targeting commercial insurance agencies. Research accounts, personalize messaging, cold call, qualify prospects, and book discovery meetings for Account Executives. Track activity in CRM, test outreach sequences, provide market feedback, and collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop the company’s outbound motion. The role requires consistently generating qualified pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment while leveraging AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; GAAP-compliant reporting; revenue recognition; AP and AR; tax compliance; audits; internal controls; and accounting systems. The role builds scalable financial infrastructure, automates workflows using AI, selects finance tools, supports audit readiness, and develops the accounting team in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Own and operate the AI-native platform runtime including Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, GCP, CI/CD, observability, orchestration (Temporal, Kong). Improve reliability, performance, cost, multi-tenant provisioning, developer experience, and lead on-call and incident response.
