Lead full lifecycle, high-visibility retail technology programs (notably LED video wall deployments). Act as technical authority and client-facing program lead, define architecture and BOMs, manage vendors and global manufacturing, produce prototypes, enforce QA and documentation standards, mentor junior staff, and travel ~30% for deployments and coordination.

Manages end-to-end retail display programs combining physical fixtures, LED displays, interactive technology, and software content. Responsibilities include client communication, fixture prototyping and production with China-based manufacturing partners, technical integration, vendor management, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support. The role coordinates engineering, software, hardware, production, installation, sales, and client teams while improving standards and reducing recurring field issues. Travel to domestic offices, client sites, and China is required.

Manages client-facing projects from initial coordination through production, shipment, and invoicing. Owns timelines, milestones, approvals, deliverables, documentation, risk escalation, and cross-functional communication across sales, design, engineering, estimating, production, purchasing, logistics, and clients. Ensures compliance, shipment accuracy, on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and accurate invoicing while coordinating complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

Supports Account Management by coordinating projects and orders, processing estimates and design requests, tracking budgets and job status, preparing shipping memos, maintaining accurate project data, and managing client correspondence. The role coordinates with Sales, Project Management, shipping, and other departments to complete tasks on time, identify issues proactively, and maintain client satisfaction. Occasional store or site visits may be required.

Lead end-to-end creative development of retail displays, fixtures, and branded environments for consumer electronics clients. Produce concept sketches, CAD models, renderings, and presentation materials; integrate physical and digital retail technologies; ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with shopper and brand objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to clients, support RFPs and business development, and participate in prototyping and production handoffs. Travel up to 30% required.

Lead U.S. accounting operations and global consolidation, ensuring timely monthly close, U.S. GAAP compliance, income tax provision support, audits, and internal controls. Supervise the general accounting team, drive ERP optimization (Microsoft D365), standardize processes, and partner with international finance teams to deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity manufacturing organization.

Oversee high-volume accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, KPI reporting, and internal-control compliance. Supervise and develop AP clerks, resolve discrepancies and escalations, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Operations, and IT. Lead process improvements, ERP enhancements, automation, OCR/scanning, and AI workflow initiatives while improving accuracy, efficiency, turnaround times, and reporting.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot large-format plotters and HP Latex printers; maintain substrate, ink, and hardware inventory; perform cleaning, mounting, packing, small-run production jobs, and record tasks in Smartsheet. Support structural design team and coordinate repairs with managers and manufacturers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex retail technology programs (especially multi-phase LED video wall deployments). Own architecture, BOMs, vendor management, documentation, QA, prototyping, troubleshooting, stakeholder communications, and global deployments while mentoring teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Lead and manage Level 2 technical support for deployed digital experiences. Oversee remote monitoring, diagnostics, escalation management, vendor/field coordination, documentation, KPI reporting, and team coaching. Build scalable support processes, ensure SLA performance, and partner across installation, account and engineering teams to maintain uptime and client experience.
