Manages custom permanent display projects from concept and requirements gathering through prototyping, material sourcing, manufacturing, and production rollout. Coordinates Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Purchasing, vendors, and plant operations while controlling timelines, budgets, BOMs, work orders, quality, and risk. Reviews engineering drawings, supports prototype and first-article builds, monitors shop-floor production, and coordinates multi-material fabrication. The role is split between office and manufacturing-floor work, with occasional travel and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Leads end-to-end development of custom permanent retail display projects from concept through production. Manages requirements, specifications, budgets, schedules, BOMs, ERP work orders, prototyping, sourcing, vendor negotiations, manufacturing oversight, quality, and cross-functional coordination among Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Plant Operations. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings, evaluating prototypes, overseeing multi-material fabrication, and communicating project updates to clients and executives. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Lead U.S. accounting operations and global consolidation, ensuring timely monthly close, U.S. GAAP compliance, income tax provision support, audits, and internal controls. Supervise the general accounting team, drive ERP optimization (Microsoft D365), standardize processes, and partner with international finance teams to deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity manufacturing organization.

Manages client-facing projects from initial coordination through production, shipment, and invoicing. Owns timelines, milestones, approvals, deliverables, documentation, risk escalation, and cross-functional communication across sales, design, engineering, estimating, production, purchasing, logistics, and clients. Ensures compliance, shipment accuracy, on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and accurate invoicing while coordinating complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

The role coordinates with Sales, Project Management, shipping, and other departments to complete tasks on time, identify issues proactively, and maintain client satisfaction. Occasional store or site visits may be required.

The Senior Staff Accountant leads complex journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and audit support. The role analyzes variances, maintains fixed asset and other accounting schedules, ensures US GAAP and internal control compliance, resolves discrepancies, and implements process improvements. It operates independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports special projects while reviewing work for accuracy and completeness.

Manages retail display and packaging production projects from development through delivery. Coordinates domestic and international manufacturing vendors, schedules, budgets, prototypes, engineering changes, quality reviews, packaging submissions, purchase orders, production planning, and shipping logistics. Ensures design integrity, production readiness, quality standards, and on-time delivery while identifying risks, resolving issues, and collaborating with account management, engineering, design, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.

Leads complex retail display, fixture, packaging, and manufacturing projects from production readiness through delivery. Coordinates domestic and international manufacturers, engineering, purchasing, logistics, quality, and supply chain teams. Manages budgets, schedules, BOMs, production documentation, samples, packaging testing, shipping, quality risks, and corrective actions. Drives continuous improvement and mentors junior project managers while ensuring on-time, cost-effective, high-quality project execution.

Manages end-to-end retail display programs combining physical fixtures, LED displays, interactive technology, and software content. Responsibilities include client communication, fixture prototyping and production with China-based manufacturing partners, technical integration, vendor management, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support. The role coordinates engineering, software, hardware, production, installation, sales, and client teams while improving standards and reducing recurring field issues. Travel to domestic offices, client sites, and China is required.

Oversee high-volume accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, KPI reporting, and internal-control compliance. Supervise and develop AP clerks, resolve discrepancies and escalations, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Operations, and IT. Lead process improvements, ERP enhancements, automation, OCR/scanning, and AI workflow initiatives while improving accuracy, efficiency, turnaround times, and reporting.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex retail technology programs (especially multi-phase LED video wall deployments). Own architecture, BOMs, vendor management, documentation, QA, prototyping, troubleshooting, stakeholder communications, and global deployments while mentoring teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Lead and manage Level 2 technical support for deployed digital experiences. Oversee remote monitoring, diagnostics, escalation management, vendor/field coordination, documentation, KPI reporting, and team coaching. Build scalable support processes, ensure SLA performance, and partner across installation, account and engineering teams to maintain uptime and client experience.
