Account Project Manager coordinates client relationships and end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, cross-functional meetings, production coordination, shipping accuracy, documentation, compliance, and invoicing. The role partners with Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance, and clients to deliver projects on time and within quality standards. Travel up to 15% is required.

Manages client-facing projects from planning through production and shipment. Owns schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, documentation, risk escalation, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across sales, design, engineering, production, logistics, and clients. Ensures accurate orders, compliant execution, on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, and client satisfaction while supporting efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Manages custom permanent display projects from concept and requirements gathering through prototyping, material sourcing, manufacturing, and production rollout. Coordinates Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Purchasing, vendors, and plant operations while controlling timelines, budgets, BOMs, work orders, quality, and risk. Reviews engineering drawings, supports prototype and first-article builds, monitors shop-floor production, and coordinates multi-material fabrication. The role is split between office and manufacturing-floor work, with occasional travel and lifting up to 50 pounds.
