Build and maintain responsive web and mobile-friendly frontend applications, reusable UI components, dashboards, and portals using modern frameworks. Collaborate with backend and product teams, ensure accessibility, performance, authentication flows, and leverage AI-assisted tools for prototyping and development. Participate in code reviews, QA, documentation, and production support.

Lead U.S. accounting operations and global consolidation, ensuring timely monthly close, U.S. GAAP compliance, income tax provision support, audits, and internal controls. Supervise the general accounting team, drive ERP optimization (Microsoft D365), standardize processes, and partner with international finance teams to deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity manufacturing organization.

Lead and develop the digital Account Project Management team while overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of complex retail digital programs. Drive cross-functional collaboration, resource allocation, risk management, client escalations, process improvements, and operational excellence. Support sales, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance, and track KPIs related to delivery, invoicing, and team performance.
