Coordinate provider and clinical staff schedules across three sites to optimize staffing and exam room utilization. Manage time-off approvals, sick calls, last-minute coverage, and per diem/float staffing. Use Paycom and historical data to forecast staffing needs, support process improvements, produce scheduling reports, facilitate operational meetings, and provide administrative support. Travel to sites as needed.

Provide direct patient care including intake, triage, assessments, clinical procedures (EKG, injections, IVs, dressing changes), medication/immunization management, patient education, care coordination and referrals, documentation in the EMR, participate in population health and quality improvement, respond to emergencies, mentor staff, and occasionally cover Saturday clinic shifts.

Lead implementation, optimization, and management of telehealth services across the health center. Oversee remote clinicians, design telehealth policies and workflows, integrate EHR/AI solutions, ensure billing and compliance, evaluate program effectiveness with data, maintain a clinical practice (0.5 FTE), and collaborate with IT, finance, quality, and executive teams to align strategy and budgets.

Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory/urgent care setting including triage, assessments, clinical procedures (IVs, injections, wound care), medication/immunization education, documentation in EMR, care coordination, preventive screenings, emergency response, and participation in quality improvement and population health initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other staff.

May include occasional Saturday coverage.

Oversees the full revenue cycle — provider enrollment/credentialing, patient registration, billing, coding, claims, collections, and charge master maintenance. Manages vendor relations, leads the Healthy Connections insurance enrollment team, trains staff, ensures HIPAA and payer compliance, resolves patient billing issues, produces revenue reports, and drives process improvements.
