Teams at Outer Cape Health Services, Inc.

Provide direct patient care including intake, triage, assessments, clinical procedures (EKG, IVs, injections, wound care), medication and immunization management, care coordination and referrals, patient education, accurate EMR documentation, participate in quality improvement, respond to emergencies, and mentor other nursing staff to support clinic coverage.

Provide direct patient care in a primary care/urgent care setting: triage walk-ins and calls, perform assessments and clinical procedures (IVs, injections, EKGs, wound care), coordinate referrals and follow-up, document in EMR, educate patients, participate in population health and quality improvement, respond to emergencies, and mentor other staff.

Provide direct patient care including intake, triage, assessments, clinical procedures (IVs, injections, sutures, EKGs), medication/immunization education, documentation in EMR, care coordination, patient education, participate in population health and quality improvement, mentor staff, respond to emergencies, and support clinic coverage (including occasional Saturdays).
