Lead implementation, optimization, and management of telehealth services across the health center. Oversee remote clinicians, design telehealth policies and workflows, integrate EHR/AI solutions, ensure billing and compliance, evaluate program effectiveness with data, maintain a clinical practice (0.5 FTE), and collaborate with IT, finance, quality, and executive teams to align strategy and budgets.

Provides direct nursing care in a walk-in clinic, including triage, patient intake, examinations, procedures, IV insertion and infusions, specimen collection, phlebotomy, referrals, patient education, documentation, and communication of results. Collaborates with providers and clinical staff, maintains safety and confidentiality standards, participates in quality improvement, and may travel between OCHS sites or work remotely as directed.

Provides integrated psychiatric consultation for primary care patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication recommendations, and management of psychiatric conditions. Collaborates with primary care and behavioral health teams, supports diagnostic clarification and care-level decisions, documents clinical services, participates in quality improvement, and delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care.
