Maintain equipment and collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Oversee daily rafting and adventure operations, including logistics, staffing, bookings, equipment, safety, compliance, customer service, and trip planning. Lead Trip Leaders and seasonal teams, develop emergency and contingency plans, assess operational risks, maintain records and finances, support training, improve processes, and contribute to product development and sustainable company growth.

Develop and manage Outdoor Norway’s B2B supplier, reseller, travel agent, affiliate, and OTA network. Responsibilities include supplier research, commercial negotiation, contracting, onboarding, Bilberry and CRM implementation, product launch coordination, account management, partner support, and cross-functional issue resolution. Success is measured by supplier acquisition, improved margins, accurate system data, activated products, partner engagement, and partnership revenue.

Guide Grade III and IV whitewater rafting and kayaking trips while prioritizing guest safety, customer service, risk management, and group leadership. Responsibilities include educating guests about local culture, monitoring weather and river conditions, transporting guests, maintaining vehicles and equipment, cleaning paddling gear, and loading rafts and kayaks. The role requires physical fitness, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to work outdoors, weekends, and public holidays.
