Document recommendations, communicate with prescribers and care teams, and support therapeutic goals for adult and geriatric patients.

The Client Support Representative provides service and solutions to clients through calls and other communication, ensuring issue resolution and client retention.

Manage performance guarantees for tier 2-4 clients, analyze performance versus client contracts, and develop action plans to achieve goals, collaborating across teams.
