Supervise and develop clinical pharmacists delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) in a clinical call center. Oversee daily operations, monitor performance and quality, coach staff, handle audits/grievances, manage payroll and attendance, support policies and compliance, collect and report metrics, hire and train staff, and perform MTM pharmacist duties as needed (up to 20%).

Senior leader owning executive relationships with PSAOs, GPOs, wholesalers and channel partners to drive product adoption, pharmacy activation, partner growth and revenue retention. Develops multi-year partnership plans, adoption strategies, executive business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives while mentoring client success teams and aligning partner objectives with product and go-to-market efforts.

The Client Support Representative provides high-level service to customers, resolves issues, documents interactions, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
