Design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack application components using .NET Core MVC, REST APIs, and MS-SQL Server. Build scalable APIs, optimize databases, implement column-level encryption, handle JSON and NoSQL data within SQL Server, and maintain Git/GitHub repositories. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and follow secure coding practices. Cloud deployment, testing, CI/CD, API security, and SQLite experience are advantageous.

Leads a quality assurance team supporting US mortgage operations. Responsibilities include developing quality policies, conducting audits, driving process improvements, coordinating training, analyzing quality trends, preparing management reports, and coaching team members. The role requires substantial mortgage quality experience and leadership of 40–60 associates.

Reviews, keys, audits, and validates mortgage documents and data according to client procedures. Retrieves information from mortgage websites and imaging systems, follows up on missing documents, identifies trends, reports performance, and supports process improvements. Requires accuracy, strong document review skills, fast typing, mortgage knowledge, teamwork, and availability for evening or night shifts across multiple projects.
