The Junior Data Entry & Operations Associate supports finance operations by maintaining financial data accuracy across systems, investigating data issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.

Support core accounting operations, monthly/quarterly/annual closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain financial data integrity across ERP and internal systems, track investment transactions, assist audits, and collaborate with Finance, Ops, and Tech. Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
