Manage the Investor Services inbox and resolve high-volume investor inquiries through email and ticketing systems. Maintain accurate ticket records, meet response and resolution SLAs, escalate issues, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Fund Operations, and Account Management. Support investor documentation processes after training, including reviewing and processing requests and obtaining EINs from the IRS. Provide professional service while identifying recurring questions and process improvements.

Provides operational and analytical support for a venture capital portfolio focused on MedTech startups. Responsibilities include maintaining portfolio data and KPIs, preparing reports, supporting due diligence and financial analysis, coordinating board and investor meetings, managing documents and approvals, improving workflows, and assisting the Portfolio Manager with ad hoc priorities.

Provides operational and analytical support for a venture capital portfolio, maintaining company data, KPIs, reports, documents, and internal workflows. Tracks portfolio updates and milestones, supports due diligence, financial analysis, and market research, and coordinates board meetings, investor updates, and portfolio reviews. The role partners with legal, finance, marketing, and other teams while assisting the Portfolio Manager with ad hoc priorities. This is a temporary six-to-eight-month maternity leave cover position requiring three office days weekly across Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
