Own the end-to-end digital product experience for a direct-to-consumer ecommerce site. Responsibilities include product strategy and roadmapping, conversion optimization, A/B testing, analytics, customer discovery, requirements, backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies, cross-functional alignment, product launches, QA standards, documentation, and bug intake. The role requires managing Shopify and DTC integrations while using experimentation, data, research, and AI tools to improve ecommerce performance.

Supervises store sales-floor operations while delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating product expertise, training associates, supporting sales goals, and completing opening and closing duties. Partners with the Store Manager, HQ teams, and Lead Barista on store programming and café initiatives, including drink preparation, cleanliness, and presentation. Requires retail sales and supervisory experience plus schedule flexibility and physical ability to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Lead and scale influencer partnerships across tiers, own strategy, execution, and measurement. Source and negotiate talent, define KPIs, link creator activity to traffic, conversion, and revenue, partner with paid social, and build scalable processes and tech stack for outreach, briefing, and reporting.
