Partner with Commercial and Marketing to deliver market intelligence, customer segmentation, forecasting and commercial performance insights. The Staff Engineer will lead architectural design for researcher operations systems, integrating SaaS components, and managing technical strategy while collaborating across teams.

Lead selection, implementation and optimisation of a new finance system across Finance, IT and other teams. Translate business requirements into system configuration, oversee data migration, integrations, testing, controls, training, reporting improvements and change management to ensure successful go-live and adoption.

Lead end-to-end participant operations for a large UK health research programme. Own recruitment, engagement, community partnerships and participant support strategies to drive representation, retention and exceptional participant experience. Embed participant insight across product, clinical and organisational planning, manage budgets and suppliers, set performance measures, and lead multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable delivery while shaping organisational direction at senior leadership level.

Lead a cross-functional engineering squad to deliver scalable, well-governed healthcare data capabilities using standards like OMOP and FHIR. Provide hands-off technical leadership, manage and develop engineers, drive roadmap delivery, oversee architecture and operational reliability, and coordinate with product, data and research teams to enable health research at scale.

Design and build scalable pipelines to ingest, transform and harmonise large healthcare datasets into research-ready formats (OMOP/FHIR). Lead technical direction, implement data quality and governance, collaborate with data scientists and epidemiologists, and deliver reusable data products using cloud and big-data technologies.

Manage the full lifecycle of research access agreements (data, samples, participants), ensure compliance with UK GDPR and international transfers, coordinate bespoke contracts, support governance, improve contract management systems, oversee supplier contracts, mitigate contractual risk, and build strong stakeholder relationships across legal, data protection, commercial and partnerships teams.

The Senior Analytics Platform Engineer will design and maintain data models in Snowflake, mentor teams, and ensure data quality for analytics at scale.

The Staff Analytics Platform Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a scalable analytics platform, focusing on Snowflake, ingestion pipelines, and technical mentorship.
