Lead Nidus Balticus's Estonia strategy, campaigns, programmes, policy initiatives, partnerships, and regional development work. Build relationships across civil society, business, academia, government, and communities, with particular focus on Ida-Virumaa. Represent the organization publicly, manage programmes, budgets, vendors, timelines, and impact reporting, and gradually recruit and lead a local team. The role requires autonomous country leadership, advocacy, ecosystem building, and regular travel within Estonia plus occasional travel across the Baltics.

Lead senior engagement with state governments and institutions to translate citizen-focused climate research into actionable policy and program advice. Build trusted relationships with officials, shape and deliver high-level advisory engagements, mentor a small advisory team, refine operating models, and ensure research insights inform realistic, politically viable climate action across states.

Lead mixed-methods social research to understand public opinion and political attitudes. Design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, audience segmentation, and MEL frameworks. Manage data collection, vendors, analysis, and reporting; translate findings into strategic recommendations, visualizations, and stakeholder-facing products. Own multiple research projects end-to-end to inform policy and social-impact initiatives.
