Welcomes and supports patients throughout clinic visits, manages scheduling, check-in and check-out, phone triage, clinic flow, payments, insurance billing, medical records, referrals, prior authorizations, and daily huddles. Maintains a welcoming clinic environment while coordinating with care teams and delivering empathetic, patient-centered service.

Directs multi-site clinic operations across maternity care markets, managing clinic managers and supporting staffing, scheduling, inventory, vendors, patient experience, financial sustainability, KPIs, and operational consistency. Partners with clinical and central leadership to implement policies, improve workflows, develop teams, and scale a patient-centered operating model across existing and new clinics.

Provide full-spectrum midwifery care across pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum in clinic and virtual settings. Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, doulas, and care teams, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to clinical model development, and give product feedback to improve the patient portal and virtual care experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for patient- and clinician-facing technology (EHR, portal, care navigation). Conduct discovery with patients and clinicians, define PRDs and success metrics, drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, operations, and engineering, manage quarterly planning, and own post-launch ROI and change management in a regulated healthcare environment.
