Coordinates employee onboarding through the first 90 days, including I-9, E-Verify, payroll setup, benefits, leave administration, HRIS records, and employee support. Leads clinician credentialing and privileging, tracking provider documents, verifications, renewals, and payer enrollment. Also supports compliance, HR systems projects, recognition initiatives, engagement programs, and internal events while improving repeatable people processes.

Own Oula’s core clinical technology stack, including Athena, Epic, the patient portal, and care management platform. Lead EHR configuration, FHIR/HL7 integrations, health system coordination, bug prioritization, product launches, SOP development, staff training, feature parity, dashboards, and rollout reporting. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, clinicians, and external health systems to improve system reliability, accelerate integrations, standardize workflows, and support new clinic launches.
