Lead product strategy and roadmaps for patient- and clinician-facing technology (EHR, portal, care navigation). Conduct discovery with patients and clinicians, define PRDs and success metrics, drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, operations, and engineering, manage quarterly planning, and own post-launch ROI and change management in a regulated healthcare environment.

Greet and check in/out patients, manage waiting room and scheduling, triage calls, collect payments, assist with insurance billing, retrieve records, process referrals and prior authorizations, maintain front-of-house tasks, and support daily huddles to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient-centered care.

Provide full-spectrum midwifery care across pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum in clinic and virtual settings. Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, doulas, and care teams, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to clinical model development, and give product feedback to improve the patient portal and virtual care experience.
