Lead multi-clinic operations and manage clinic managers to deliver consistent, patient-centric maternity care. Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, operational processes, KPIs, and local adoption of central initiatives. Maintain on-site presence across assigned markets with periodic travel and partner with central teams to scale best practices.

Provide full-spectrum midwifery care across pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum in clinic and virtual settings. Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, doulas, and care teams, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to clinical model development, and give product feedback to improve the patient portal and virtual care experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for patient- and clinician-facing technology (EHR, portal, care navigation). Conduct discovery with patients and clinicians, define PRDs and success metrics, drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, operations, and engineering, manage quarterly planning, and own post-launch ROI and change management in a regulated healthcare environment.
