Provides a welcoming, organized patient experience at a maternity care clinic. Responsibilities include managing clinic flow and schedules, greeting patients, handling check-in and check-out, answering and triaging calls, collecting payments and copays, supporting insurance billing, retrieving medical records, processing referrals and prior authorizations, and participating in daily huddles.

Own Oula’s core clinical technology stack, including Athena, Epic, the patient portal, and care management platform. Lead EHR configuration, FHIR/HL7 integrations, health system coordination, bug prioritization, product launches, SOP development, staff training, feature parity, dashboards, and rollout reporting. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, clinicians, and external health systems to improve system reliability, accelerate integrations, standardize workflows, and support new clinic launches.

Leads daily operations across Norwalk and Greenwich maternity clinics, including team management, patient experience, facilities, inventory, vendors, staffing, compliance, metrics, and workflow improvement. Provides cross-clinic operational leadership, mentors clinic managers, supports new leader development, pilots scalable processes and technologies, maintains operating procedures, and drives continuous improvement through data and patient feedback.
