Leads OUAI’s digital design across e-commerce, email, paid media, and other digital channels. Manages and develops three designers, translates campaigns into channel-specific creative, maintains design quality, oversees projects from brief to delivery, and partners with Creative, E-commerce, Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams. The role also develops scalable design systems, reviews deliverables, presents creative rationale, and uses performance insights to improve future work.

Create original short-form video and lo-fi stills for TikTok and Instagram. Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and sound-design content; follow trends; collaborate with social and cross-functional teams; shoot on location and in-office weekly; analyze performance and iterate to drive brand awareness and engagement.
