Lead and mature an enterprise analytics function to provide executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive models, and governance. Partner with leaders to drive data-informed decisions, automate reporting, and build a trusted single source of truth while coaching and scaling an analytics team.

Lead end-to-end technology, process, and university partnership projects to improve the student experience. Manage scope, timelines, risks, and vendor delivery; maintain portfolio roadmaps; run requirements discovery, UAT, system integration (especially Salesforce), process improvement, and change management; serve as PMO liaison to university stakeholders and communicate status across leadership and operational teams.
