The Accountant II leads month- and period-end close activities, reconciliations, tax filings, audits, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role supervises junior accountants, improves accounting processes and controls, supports system implementations, and provides financial guidance to business leaders. It requires 3–5 years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

Receives and manages grain inventory, transfers and fills product bins, loads bulk truck equipment, mixes feed using the Mattis System, and operates pelleting equipment. Records production according to HACCP requirements and complies with CFIA and federal safety regulations. The role requires physical work, flexible day and night shifts seven days a week, safe work practices, customer service, and occasional travel to other locations.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the fashion department: advise guests on wardrobe needs, maintain product knowledge and merchandising, keep the area tidy, handle merchandise tasks, and support team values. Role requires physical work and flexible availability for varied shifts.
