Support full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for ~700 employees, maintain payroll systems (UKG, Oracle), ensure compliance with provincial and federal employment standards, handle benefits administration, maintain employee records, provide payroll customer service and reporting, assist Payroll & Benefits Manager and People & Culture team, and preserve confidentiality.

Lead month- and period-end close activities, supervise junior accountants, prepare reconciliations, tax filings, and audit support. Manage fixed assets, conduct internal audits, analyze financial variances, support budgeting/forecasting, improve accounting processes, and provide financial guidance to business leaders.

Support pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, processing refills, managing inventory, contacting patients, maintaining records and confidentiality, keeping the dispensary clean and compliant, and delivering exceptional customer service as part of the pharmacy team.
