Owns the full product operations chain from procurement and supplier management through production, quality, inventory, logistics, deployment, and customer support. Leads S&OP, operational KPIs, ERP processes, stock management, international shipping, quality control, factory acceptance testing, and ISO-ready process improvement. Builds and leads the operations team while preparing new hardware products for production and scaling operational processes.
