Manage OTIV's financial administration including invoice booking, PO-to-pay, payment processing, and month/quarter/year closings. Support budgeting, reporting, procurement, international shipments, stock records in Odoo, office administration, ISO 9001 audit documentation, and general admin tasks while partnering with the Admin Specialist focused on People & Operations.

Own month- and year-end close, prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports, manage AP/AR, maintain project-level reporting and cash forecasts, support budgeting/reforecasting, liaise with auditors/tax advisors, implement financial controls and systems, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions.

As a Machine Learning Engineer at OTIV, you will research, validate, and deploy neural networks for vision-based applications in rail systems, managing datasets and collaborating with engineers.
