Plan, develop, and implement facility marketing strategies to grow census and referrals by building relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians; oversee advertising, promotional materials, market research, and reporting; conduct tours and ensure marketing objectives meet budget and performance goals.

Provides front-desk reception and clerical support in a skilled nursing facility. Greets visitors, answers and routes calls, provides directions and tours, maintains resident and emergency contact records, distributes mail, operates office equipment, orders supplies, and assists with administrative tasks. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, calm handling of emergencies, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish. It involves interaction with residents, families, staff, visitors, and outside agencies.

Assist cook in preparing and serving regular, modified, and therapeutic resident meals; set up and check trays, prepare nourishments, clean utensils and prep areas, follow safety and infection-control procedures, and support meal service and resident interactions.
