The Group Financial Controller ensures accurate, timely, and compliant IFRS financial reporting across a global organization. Responsibilities include supporting subsidiaries, controlling financial information, managing consolidation activities, and improving SAP Group Reporting processes. The role covers data collection, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership management, validation rules, and collaboration with finance, tax, treasury, business finance, and senior management teams.

Owns the Americas’ rolling 13-week constrained supply and inventory plan across a multi-site manufacturing network. Balances demand, supply, capacity, inventory, cost, and service levels while coordinating production, procurement, transfers, and network optimization. The role manages risks, develops constraint scenarios, supports new-product growth, monitors planning KPIs, and drives corrective actions. It influences cross-functional and global stakeholders without formal authority and uses SAP planning systems, Excel, and Power BI.

Identifies new business opportunities, engages prospective customers, manages lead and opportunity pipelines, communicates product value, and supports sales growth. The role handles simpler direct sales opportunities, maintains CRM records, researches ingredient markets, and collaborates with account management, customer service, marketing, R&D, and other teams to advance opportunities and ensure smooth customer handoffs.
