Supports and maintains data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, cabling, power systems, environmental controls, and physical security systems. Performs rack-and-stack, hardware troubleshooting, decommissioning, secure data wiping, client deployments, incident escalation, inventory management, and documentation. Customer-facing pre-sales Solutions Architect partnering with Account Executives to design and present cloud, colocation, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Responsibilities include technical discovery, architecture design, documentation, scopes of work, customer presentations, technical advisory, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation. The role supports enterprise sales cycles, renewals, multiple Account Executives, and quota objectives while maintaining expertise in VMware, Veeam, Zerto, Fortinet, and related technologies.

Performs routine cloud and systems administration across Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments. Responsibilities include patch auditing, maintenance, VMware VM operations, backup and replication verification, infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, ticket handling, and basic automation using PowerShell or Bash. The role follows established SOPs and runbooks, escalates issues to senior engineers, and supports customer-focused NOC and continuity operations.

Administer and enhance Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and related quoting and revenue systems. Configure security, users, data, reports, workflows, automations, and integrations; troubleshoot issues; support sales-to-billing processes; and help implement a new quoting platform. The role documents systems, coordinates testing, supports users, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, and drives continuous improvements across sales, quoting, ordering, deployment, customer, contract, billing, and partner processes.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; monitor performance and security; respond to incidents; participate in maintenance, upgrades, on-call rotations, and client-facing technical support while documenting configurations and collaborating with cloud, security, and support teams.

Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts while acquiring new logos through consultative selling to C-suite.
