Temporary hospital pharmacist (8/1/26–12/31/26) responsible for preparing, compounding (including sterile per USP 797/800), dispensing medications, maintaining patient profiles, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to drug information inquiries, supervising support staff occasionally, and participating in clinical rounds and documentation.

Provide outpatient and inpatient gynecologic care including wellness exams, diagnosis and management of menstrual, infectious, hormonal, and oncologic conditions. Perform gynecologic surgeries (including minimally invasive/robotic procedures as trained), supervise Advanced Practice Providers, and help build and lead a new gynecology practice within the health system.

Provide HR support to assigned business units including employee relations, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement programs. Act as HR liaison, advise managers, coordinate leaves, and recommend policy or procedural improvements.

Provide primary and/or specialty patient care under physician/RN supervision. Administer medications (all acceptable routes), perform phlebotomy, chart accurately, maintain equipment and supplies, assist with patient ambulation/transfers, follow infection control and emergency procedures, communicate with patients and team, and participate in quality assurance and unit-specific training. Maintain NY LPN license and CPR certification.

Perform cleaning, disinfection, and room turnover in patient care and common areas per infection prevention standards. Maintain logs, stock supplies, handle waste streams, operate EVS equipment, follow safety/PPE/HIPAA, assist with onboarding and quality improvement, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Provide direct nursing care in maternity/women's services including admissions, assessments, nursing care plans, medication preparation and administration, patient teaching, safety/infection control, equipment maintenance, documentation via order entry, and participation in mandatory training. Graduate nurses must obtain NY RN limited permit and pass the RN exam within 12 months while completing required courses and certifications (Pharmacology, IV Therapy, Telemetry, ACLS/PALS).

Receive, inventory, stock, reconcile, and deliver medical supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records (including implant/tissue logs), process shipping/receiving paperwork in MMIS, perform inventory counts, ensure FIFO rotation, prepare oversized shipments to DOT standards, and provide customer service to clinical departments while following infection control and safety procedures.

Supervise and provide clinical oversight for an ACT team, ensuring fidelity to the ACT model, meeting NYS and Joint Commission standards, coordinating intake and treatment planning, supervising staff, participating in outreach and on-call rotations, managing documentation, and supporting positive participant outcomes in community mental health.

Provide outpatient gastroenterology care as a board-certified/board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, seeing new and established patients as a physician extender. Work collaboratively with physicians, administrators, advanced practice clinicians, and office staff in a teaching-integrated practice. Participate in patient care, education, and regional academic activities within a supportive health system.

Provide total nursing care on a medical-surgical unit: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; administer medications; document care; educate patients; delegate and coordinate with the healthcare team; maintain safety, infection control, and unit supplies; complete required certifications and unit orientation.

Provide overnight hospitalist care including diagnostic assessment, therapeutic and preventive services, daily rounding, patient referrals, and other inpatient duties for the night shift within Oswego Health's Hospitalist Medicine Program.

Provide total nursing care for med/surg patients across the lifespan. Operate CT and X-ray equipment to perform and position patients for imaging studies, administer contrast, follow protocols and radiation safety, document in PACS/EMR/RIS, assist other departments, perform QA and maintain imaging area, and provide patient education and support.

Leads all HR functions for Oswego Health and affiliates, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/benefits, compliance, and departmental operations. Manages HR teams, develops HR strategies and policies, ensures regulatory reporting and legal compliance, and administers budgets and HR technology.

Front-desk administrative role supporting a gastroenterology practice: schedule and verify patient appointments/insurance using the EHR, check patients in/out, collect payments, handle phones and mail, assist with records and reports, support practice leadership on projects, and maintain strict patient confidentiality and professional communication.

The physician will provide inpatient and outpatient care, perform scopes and manage GI bleeds and polyp recalls, and participate in a teaching-focused, multidisciplinary practice with administrative and APC support.
