Lead global treasury and tax functions, ensuring liquidity, optimizing capital structure, managing tax planning and compliance, supporting M&A, building a high-performing team, and driving systems, controls, and process improvements across multi-entity operations.

Provide engineering drafting and detailing for structural repairs to utility poles and foundations. Create drawings, material lists, standards, and training materials; support project and product engineers and core business units to deliver utility structure restoration solutions.

The Commercial Manager leads proposal development, collaborates with teams for pricing and risk assessment, and ensures compliance with organizational strategies.

Prepare, import, process, validate, and configure customer GIS data for system import. Build import/export configurations, generate reports, track processing status, ensure QA, resolve data issues with customers, and supervise/train GIS Technicians. Support cross-team projects and learn other departmental tasks as needed.

Coordinate project activities for GIS/data-focused utility projects: support data technicians, configure data and mobile setups, track production and schedules, manage communications, ensure contractual adherence and customer sign-off, and recommend process improvements.

Lead direct sales of Osmose services to public power utilities, develop executive relationships, create sales plans and forecasts, coordinate with Operations and Contracts, maintain customer records, and travel extensively to grow market share and revenue.
