The Commercial Manager leads proposal development, collaborates with teams for pricing and risk assessment, and ensures compliance with organizational strategies.

Leads direct sales of company services and products to utility customers across the Northeast. Builds executive relationships, develops sales plans, coordinates with operations and contracts teams, supports pricing and proposals, aligns project schedules with customer expectations, and manages forecasts, account information, and sales performance initiatives.

Provide Tier 1 help desk support for field and office employees by diagnosing hardware and software issues, managing support requests and records, deploying and configuring devices, maintaining equipment inventory, processing returned equipment, and assisting with software upgrades and user training.

Manages revenue accounting and reporting, including monthly and annual close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract reviews, reconciliations, controls, audit support, reporting, and system implementations. Supervises the revenue accounting team, partners with operational and finance stakeholders, resolves discrepancies, and leads process, automation, data, and reporting improvements.

Direct sales leader responsible for selling utility services and products, managing customer accounts, expanding market share, developing sales plans and forecasts, coordinating with operations and contracts teams, and maintaining executive-level customer relationships. The role is remote within the assigned region and requires approximately 50% overnight travel, consultative selling experience, utility industry familiarity, and strong leadership skills.

Manage and analyze multi-jurisdictional workers’ compensation claims, including intake, reporting, investigation, classification, documentation, resolution, and compliance. Coordinate with injured employees, supervisors, TPAs, insurers, attorneys, HR, and safety teams. Support return-to-work programs, modified duty assignments, claim defenses, state filings, invoices, and safety initiatives.

Supports month-end and year-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, subledger maintenance, audits, internal reporting, and GAAP-compliant financial analysis across multiple subsidiaries. The role also improves accounting processes and controls, maintains SOPs, supports auditors, and handles special projects and ad hoc analysis.
