Develops and executes growth strategies for engineering services and technology solutions serving utility and telecommunications customers. Responsibilities include market opportunity identification, requirements gathering, solution architecture, technical and commercial proposal development, sales presentations, forecasting, partnership development, and go-to-market planning. The role collaborates with business development, engineering, operations, marketing, contracts, and customers to position, sell, and successfully deliver value-added solutions.

Supports month-end and year-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, subledger maintenance, audits, internal reporting, and GAAP-compliant financial analysis across multiple subsidiaries. The role also improves accounting processes and controls, maintains SOPs, supports auditors, and handles special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Lead direct sales of Osmose services to public power utilities, develop executive relationships, create sales plans and forecasts, coordinate with Operations and Contracts, maintain customer records, and travel extensively to grow market share and revenue.
