Supports strategic sourcing for new product development, engineering changes, and product launches. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering changes, issuing RFQs, comparing supplier quotations, coordinating with Engineering and suppliers, monitoring lead times, supporting tooling and NRE sourcing, maintaining ERP and supplier data, tracking risks, and assisting with purchase order and category management activities.

Leads technical engineering projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, requirements, compliance, and contract goals. The role documents progress, delegates work, analyzes performance, and aligns project solutions with organizational and industry objectives. It also supports vehicle systems testing, systems engineering, safety-critical software, prototype manufacturing, and validation activities in motorsports, defense, and mobility environments.

Provides FP&A and accounting support through monthly financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, close activities, reconciliations, variance analysis, dashboards, KPI reporting, and pricing and cost analysis. Partners cross-functionally to connect financial results with production and shipment performance, deliver actionable insights, improve margins, and drive process improvements using data visualization, automation, and generative AI.
