Prepare cost estimates for new and existing parts by analyzing materials, components, manufacturing processes, and supplier quotes. Build cost models, identify cost drivers, support cost negotiations, advise engineers on design trade-offs, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support design-to-cost and cost-reduction initiatives.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLC-controlled baggage and conveyor systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; log maintenance in the CMMS; operate forklifts and company vehicles; respond to maintenance calls, clear baggage jams, and follow safety protocols and shift schedules.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in manufacturing areas by performing janitorial duties, including trash removal and cleaning restrooms.
