Design and analyze heavy-duty vehicle components, perform engineering calculations and layouts, support integration and production, prepare drawings, BOMs, proposals and documentation, mentor junior staff, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and resolve engineering issues to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing strategy and operations for Pierce Manufacturing, driving safety, quality, throughput, cost performance and continuous improvement. Oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, Maintenance and Safety; implement advanced manufacturing technologies and Team Daily Management; manage budgets, KPIs, capacity planning, and build a high-performing leadership team to support transformation and growth.

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight routing, scheduling, dispatching, tracing and carrier performance. Support carrier relationships, long-term agreements, bid/package development, and logistics metrics to meet manufacturing and customer delivery needs.
